Roshini Hauser, Design Director

Bio

With over two decades of experience in interior design, Roshini has built a dynamic and diverse career collaborating with some of Seattle’s most respected firms. Her work spans high-end new construction, commercial spaces, model homes, full remodels, kitchen and bath design, staging, and fully furnished interiors. She’s also well-versed in managing remote projects in locations like Whidbey Island, Lake Chelan, Hawaii, and Mexico—bringing the same attention to detail and personal connection to each.

Her design journey began at Bellevue College, where she laid the foundation for a career centered around thoughtful, human-focused interiors. For Roshini, design goes beyond the visual—it’s about creating an emotional connection and curating spaces that feel as good as they look. Her philosophy is rooted in understanding how people truly live, and designing in a way that elevates both form and function.

She’s especially passionate about creating homes that reflect each client’s personality and lifestyle, ensuring every space tells a story. As she puts it: “It’s important to think about the quality of the client’s personal experience, interlocking aesthetics with function for a successful overall design.”
Outside of work, Roshini recharges through time spent in nature—whether she’s hiking a nearby trail or exploring lakes and coastlines with her husband, teenage daughter, and adventurous 10-year-old son. These outdoor adventures not only bring balance but continue to inspire her work with fresh perspective and creativity.
